Progression is not always an even process, and progressing plateau after plateau is another common pattern of progress

On top of suffering of fatigue, patients are being litterally drained by frustration or anger because things do not happen fast enough!

Yet, it is important to know how to indulge yourself with an unproductive task, and include this in your list of errands.

It may seem counter-productive, yet, at the end of the day, you may realise that being stuck on a plateau, or taking more time than expected to accomplish this or that task is not the end of the world.

In fact you will realise that it really isn't a problem, and you will even start to enjoy the present moment, which is what they call "seize the day", and what you may want to call "to take the control of time".
